Larry Lee
American University of the Middle East
Larry Lee's research contributes significantly to various fields, including education, toxicology, and analytical chemistry. Studies on classroom-based power exchanges reveal strategies to mitigate challenging behaviors in Middle Eastern high school students. In toxicology, initial results from spectral reflectance measurements of evaporating chemical films shed light on skin permeation, while a respirable size-selective sampler for end-of-shift quartz measurement demonstrates its development and performance. Other research explores the minimum clinically important difference and substantial clinical benefit in diagnosing and treating patients. Additionally, Lee investigates surfactant properties, pump pulsation in respirable size-selective sampling, and nonlinear optical properties of phthalocyanines, advancing understanding in these areas and informing exposure assessments and treatment strategies.
