Researcher N Radulovich has made significant contributions to understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and its associated cancer. Recent studies have identified coiled-coil domain containing 68 (ccdc68) as a tumor suppressor in PDAC, highlighting a novel therapeutic target for this aggressive cancer type. Additionally, Sox15 has been recognized as a candidate tumor suppressor with potential implications in Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways, which are critical in regulating cell growth and differentiation. These findings have important implications for the development of targeted therapies and may provide new avenues for treating PDAC.
