Researcher Palak Parashar has made significant contributions to the fields of nanomedicine and oncology. Studies have shown that polydispersity-mediated high efficacy of an in-situ aqueous nanosuspension of ppef.3hcl could effectively treat methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus sepsis, while clonal spheroids revealed the functional and genetic heterogeneity of head and neck cancer. Additionally, pyrazole–pyrazoline hybrid derivatives have demonstrated anticancer properties through DNA binding and molecular modeling studies. Furthermore, Palak Parashar's work on topoisomerase inhibitors has unraveled gate dynamics in presence of ppef and shown preclinical evaluation against multidrug-resistant pathogens.
